You deserve to
take up space
on the mat & off.
Practice with Me Anytime, Anywhere
Right now, I’m showing up virtually—meaning you can roll out your mat and join me on YouTube whenever, wherever for inclusive and accessible yoga and discussions about body liberation.
I’m on a break from live classes at the moment, but don’t worry—I’ll be back. Sign up for my newsletter, and you’ll be the first to know when live sessions are happening again. Let’s keep moving, breathing, and showing up, no matter where life takes us.
What to Expect in Class
Here's the deal with accessible & inclusive yoga:
-
No Diet Talk, Ever: You'll never hear any diet culture BS or weight loss chatter here. We're all about body liberation and embracing ourselves exactly as we are.
-
Movement Isn't Tied to Morality: There's no "good" or "bad" movement. This is a judgment-free zone where you connect with your body on your own terms.
-
Take Breaks Whenever You Want: Need a moment? Take it. This is accessible yoga that respects your body's cues and needs.
-
Your Practice, Your Way: Feel like doing something different from what I'm showing? Go for it. This is a body-positive class where your choices are celebrated.
-
Go at Your Own Pace: Move in a way that feels good to you. Your choices are valid, respected, and acts of radical self-care.
I'm beyond excited to practice with you and be part of this community rooted in self-acceptance and empowerment.
Yoga for Every Body—Yes, Every Body
Yoga should be for anyone who wants it—no exceptions. In my classes, we’re here to create a space where you, no matter your size, shape, or ability, can show up and feel at home. This isn’t about squeezing yourself into someone else’s version of what a yoga body “should” look like. This is about you, showing up as you are, in a space that’s got your back.
My teaching is all about body liberation and accessibility. This is a place for all of us—especially if you’re fat, disabled, queer, or just plain tired of spaces that weren’t built for you. Here, you’re encouraged to move with curiosity and self-compassion, finding the variations and adaptations that work for you. It’s your practice, your rules.
Expect a mix of mindful movement, deep breaths, and maybe even a laugh or two. Together, we’re here to reconnect with ourselves and lean into whatever the moment calls for—whether that’s sitting with discomfort or finding ease. And as we practice, we honor our unique experiences, identities, and needs, celebrating both our differences and our shared drive for community, care, and freedom.
But here’s the thing: Yoga isn’t just about what we’re doing on the mat. It’s a spiritual, mental, and cultural practice with roots dating back to at least 900 BCE in the Indus Valley and parts of Africa—a tradition focused on stilling the mind and connecting to universal consciousness. I’m a visitor in this lineage and forever a student, sharing it with humility and respect. I’m here to learn, get things right, and sometimes mess up, and I welcome any corrections along the way. I encourage you, too, to learn from Indigenous yoga practitioners and teachers whenever you can.
